1 mini tortilla (we use type 1 flour, with no additives)
1 spoonful of Greek yogurt
Fresh mango slices
1 tsp cashew butter
1/2 tsp hemp seeds
Optional: a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips
On the side (optional but totally worth it):
– A couple of dark chocolate–covered figs
– A handful of pecans
