Ingredients
β’ 1/2 cup almond flour
β’ 2 large eggs
β’ 1 cup of oats
β’ 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional to the top)
β’ 1 cup whole Greek yogurt
β’ 1 tsp almond butter + 1 tsp of flaxseed
β’ 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the blueberries.
You can serve them with Greek yogurt and some fresh fruits!
