Almond Coconut Cookies
Ingredients:
β’ 2 cups almond flour
β’ 1/4 cup coconut flour
β’ 1/2 cup roasted almond butter
β’ 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
β’ 1/2 cup date caramel (blend pitted dates, water, and vanilla)
β’ 1/4 cup hemp seeds
β’ 1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and hemp seeds. Mix well. Then combine the roasted almond butter, date caramel, and bourbon vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
