GF, oats and carob banana bread!

Today’s Banana Bread Ingredients:

• 3 very ripe bananas

• 1 cup oat flakes

• 2 eggs

• 1/4 cup carob powder (a chocolate-like flavor but caffeine-free)

• 2 tablespoons white skyr

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (without additives, of course)

• 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

• A handful of chopped almonds

• Toasted almonds for topping!

This banana bread is not only gluten-free but packed with wholesome ingredients for a delicious and nutritious treat!
