Choco dates pancakes π₯π€€

Ingredients:
β’ 1/2 cup of quark (a light, creamy dairy product, great for protein!)
β’ 1 cup of oat flour
β’ 1 egg
β’ 1 ripe banana (adds natural sweetness)
β’ A handful of 96% dark chocolate shavings
β’ 2 dates, chopped
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the batter in small portions for each pancake.
3. Cook each side for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
