Ingredients

β€’ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

β€’ Fresh chives, chopped

Before air frying, boil the potatoes for 10 minutesβ€”no more, no less! This ensures they cook evenly while keeping their texture perfect.

Instructions

1. Prepare the potatoes

2. Boil: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the potato chunks for 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.

3. Season: Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, fresh chives, and thyme. Make sure they’re evenly coated.

4. Air fry: Place the potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 390Β°F (200Β°C) for 15-20 minutes (or until crispy and golden.l as you prefer)

5. Serve: Sprinkle with extra chives or thyme if desired, and enjoy!
