β’ 4 (or more) medium golden potatoes
β’ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
β’ A pinch of salt
β’ Fresh chives, chopped

Before air frying, boil the potatoes for 10 minutesβno more, no less! This ensures they cook evenly while keeping their texture perfect.
Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes
2. Boil: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the potato chunks for 10 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
3. Season: Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, fresh chives, and thyme. Make sure theyβre evenly coated.
4. Air fry: Place the potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 390Β°F (200Β°C) for 15-20 minutes (or until crispy and golden.l as you prefer)
5. Serve: Sprinkle with extra chives or thyme if desired, and enjoy!
