Healthy Chocolate Cookies (3 Ingredients, Naturally Sweetened)

Dates
Walnut flour
Dark chocolate powder and dark chocolate chips
How to make healthy chocolate cookies
Soak the dates in warm water for about 20 minutes to soften them.
Drain well and blend the dates until you get a smooth paste.
Add walnut flour and chocolate chips, then mix until combined.
Shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes, then increase to 180°C (355°F) for another 10 minutes.
Always keep an eye on them — ovens vary and dates can burn easily.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
