I hope you all had a fantastic long weekend! How did you celebrate? With Halloween behind us, I’m curious to know what your plans are. Are you getting excited to count down the days until Christmas and deck your halls with lights and decorations?
We spent a lot of quality time with family over the past few days, and now that it’s over, we’re ready to tackle a new week filled with fresh goals. Whether it’s school, work, healthy eating, exercise, or other pursuits, we’re all set to dive in!
Speaking of healthy eating, now is the perfect time to refocus on our nutrition as the holiday season approaches. It can be so easy to indulge, but finding balance is key. I’ll be sharing some delicious and nutritious recipes in the coming weeks to help you stay on track while still enjoying the festive flavors.
I wanted to share a few photos of our meals from the past few days, especially two salads that were just... amazing! I've been making them constantly, and the pomegranate adds such an exceptional flavor! I’ll be posting the recipe soon, so stay tuned!
