Organic rolled oats
Water (soaked overnight)
Organic unsweetened cacao powder
Coconut yogurt
Raw almonds
Frozen mixed berries
This rich and creamy layer satisfies your sweet tooth while delivering magnesium, fiber, and probiotics.
For the green layer, I used:
Chia seeds

1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
Full-fat Greek yogurt
Sliced banana
Raw almonds for topping
The matcha powder gives this breakfast a gentle energy boost and is known for its detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties.
