For the chocolate chia pudding, I mixed:

  • Chia seeds

  • Organic rolled oats

  • Water (soaked overnight)

  • Organic unsweetened cacao powder

  • Coconut yogurt

  • Raw almonds

  • Frozen mixed berries

This rich and creamy layer satisfies your sweet tooth while delivering magnesium, fiber, and probiotics.

For the green layer, I used:

  • Chia seeds

  • Organic rolled oats

  • Water (same base)

  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder

  • Full-fat Greek yogurt

  • Sliced banana

  • Raw almonds for topping

The matcha powder gives this breakfast a gentle energy boost and is known for its detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties.

Why You’ll Love This Matcha & Chocolate Chia Pudding:

  • Vegan-friendly (chocolate layer) & protein-rich (matcha layer)

  • Great source of omega-3, fiber, and antioxidants

  • Meal prep–friendly: make 2–3 servings in one go

  • Naturally sweet, creamy, and super satisfying
