Oats bars!

Quick recipe below: Base: 1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe bananas 1 tsp cinnamon Half grated apple 2 tbsp date sauce 1 tbsp of smooth natural peanut butter 1 tbsp of sultanas (optional) Top: Date sauce (made by blending 10 medjool dates with water and bourbon vanilla) Chopped almonds Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes! It’s good for an healthy snack, or if you prefer for breakfast, for the whole family of course!
