It’s simple, flavorful, and perfect for a light yet satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
• organic chicken fillets
• Juice of 3 fresh oranges
• A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Cook the chicken: Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken fillets on both sides until golden brown.
2. Add the orange juice: Squeeze the juice from about 3 oranges and pour it over the chicken in the pan.
3. Simmer: Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
4. Serve: Your orange chicken fillet is ready to enjoy!

To make your meal even better, I recommend two of my favorite salads:
• Roma lettuce and broccoli salad (from the night before, blended) with grated cheese sprinkled on top.
• Arugula, roasted beetroot, pomegranate, and feta: This one is truly 12/10! I absolutely love it!
